Review

We had a great time at flamingo land. There was plenty for my 2 year old to do and big rides for adults too. Plenty of arcades and other entertainment to keep boredom at bay. We had a three night stay and we found something to do each day.
We liked that the swimming pool had a heated floor! Brilliant touch.
Reason for only four stars was because I feel I was overcharged on arrival. On the website and via telephone I was told it would be £49 each to be added to a booking and I had to pay when I arrived… I paid £59 each on the gate.
Also, there seemed to be some confusion as to the height restrictions at the soft play. I had a 9 and 10 year old with me, who were unable to use the soft play due to their height, however, there were a few kids who seemed to have got away with the height restriction and were allowed to play. If rules are to be enforced- it should be to all.
Camping facilities were adequate, although half the toilets are shut off
Shop is well stocked and staff were lovely throughout the park.
The park seemed clean and tidy. There were not many rides that were closed which was a positive too.
We hope to visit again one day!

Don't take any notice of other bad reviews. Obviously in the current circumstances some of the rides were not operating, but on the whole the queues were short & especially for the younger children rides. The Platinum Plus caravan was excellent & spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The limited food outlets were also easily accessible & good value for money.

Had an excellent day yesterday at Flamingo land the weather was good and wasn’t to busy. Most rides were open and majority of the staff were friendly and happy in there jobs, especially Paul on Zoom he was getting everyone involved even when the Queue was quit long he was constantly interacting with people and was very friendly look forward to staying here in a few weeks time
